One of the great things about working for yourself, is that you can really follow your passions and bring together all the things that you love doing. 

One of my big pleasures in life is yoga and wellbeing. I struggled to balance my weight and health for most of my life and it wasn’t until my 40’s that I finally started to find that balance.

Yoga, dance and walking are now as much a part of my weekly routine as watching TV and spending time with my friends and family.

After years of coaching in the workplace, I’m enjoying applying the same skills and techniques to coaching people around their wellbeing, resilience and personal development goals.

Resilience and Wellbeing Coaching Groups via Zoom

Following the success of my recent resilience workshops, I'm setting up Coaching Groups.
The groups will help you establish and embed your good habits and positive thinking, and get you started or continuing on the right pathway. 


The Group Coaching package includes: 

  • An individual 1/2 hour coaching session before the group coaching begins, to help establish and clarify your goals 

  • Structured group coaching sessions around aspects of resilience and wellbeing, expert coaching and  peer support 

  • 4 Group Coaching sessions over 4 weeks (each 1.5 hours long) 

  • Small group numbers (max 6 in a group)

  • Facebook or What's App group to keep in touch between sessions

  • Plenty of helpful tools and resources to help you keep your goals on track.

Come and join a retreat day.

I've teamed up with the fantastic local yoga teacher Jackie Edwards from Jackie's Yoga Barn and together we run day retreats focusing on Yoga and personal development.
