About the Event

Why are some people more adept at managing in this crisis than others? 

Just like a muscle, resilience is something we can strengthen and improve.  

This free online workshop will help you develop the tools you need to increase your resilience in these challenging times.

Led by professional coach and trainer Gayle Hudson, you can expect a good mixture of interactivity and information. 

We'll share practical tips and techniques as well as providing the opportunity to meet and explore ideas with others in the group. We're aiming for a fun and informative session. :)
