About the Event

Gayle has partnered up with Jackie Edwards again from Jackie's Yoga Barn. 

As it’s still not viable to run our usual Face2Face retreat, this will be a virtual shorter workshop session. The yoga and personal development will all be focused on building strength and resilience in our minds and bodies (very important for our current times).  You can expect a mixture of yoga and discussion. Jackie will strengthen the body and the resilience of the mind using the physical challenges of yoga.  Gayle will introduce you to some tools and strategies to build your resilience and there'll be time to talk, reflect and practice ideas with each other.  ONLY £10 per person.
