Workshops and training
My workshops embed and model a coaching approach throughout. They all include time for reflection and group work and build in specific topic related content. In addition to giving you some useful tools and skills to take away, my workshops also provide space to question and challenge thinking and behaviours, helping to embed positive cultural and habit change for organisations and individuals.

I work with organisations in a number of ways on a consultancy basis.
Business Development for social purpose
I worked on a regular basis with National Charity Place2Be, supporting their business development in Wales. Over 2 years, I helped develop their Wales strategy, brokered key stakeholder meetings with Government officials and advised senior managers on Welsh policy developments and opportunities. The charity was able to develop its services to the extent that it was able grow its permanent staff team in Wales.
Desktop research and project management
I often undertake desk top research, conduct evaluations and scope new projects for organisations.
I also lead focus groups and undertake stakeholder interviews with groups as part of a larger evaluation piece.
With a very broad experience, I am a safe pair of hands to manage a discrete project or trouble shoot and complete a piece of work if needed.
Sometimes it’s helpful to have an external facilitator for team away days, annual planning meetings and strategic thinking days. As an objective, external facilitator I can help shape and present the day, allowing managers to step back and participate fully on equal terms.
I also organise and run external stakeholder engagement and consultation events.
I can manage the whole process from invitation and venue hire to final report writing. Or, if you prefer, I can just come and do the facilitation piece.
