One of the great joys about working for myself, is that I can really follow my passions and bring together all the things that I love doing. 

​

A big pleasure in my life is walking, nature, creativity and my general well-being. I was in my 40s before I started to get a balance on my weight, health and well-being and now invest time in giving myself space for regular reflection, yoga and nature. I appreciate the value of silence and stillness as a necessary counter balance to the day to day 'busyness'.  

​

After years of coaching in the workplace, I’m also enjoying applying the same skills and techniques to supporting people around their well-being and personal development.

​

For the last few years I have been attending the Space to Be retreats at Trigonos in Eryri (Snowdonia). Now, as one of a small group of authorised facilitators, I'm helping to spread these unique Space to Be experiences across the UK. From June 2024, I'm starting to host Space to Be Retreats at the beautiful Gregynog estate in mid Wales.

These are small group, day retreats set in beautiful natural and nurturing surroundings, and provide the opportunity to reflect and refresh in your own way and at your own pace.

​

The retreat provides the opportunity to step back from daily life and to breathe more deeply, enjoy some silence as well as some purposeful conversations and enhance your sense of well-being and focus. 

​

There are various optional activities through the day including walks, meditation, massage, movement, collage and creativity, coaching conversations and more.... 

​

You will also be provided with nourishing vegetarian food and Gregynog's famous tea and cake!
