I’ll work with you on a one-to-one basis over 6 months, to help you take stock, reassess your strengths and weaknesses, address the habits and behaviours that aren’t serving you well and develop your plans for the future. You’ll gain personal insight, confidence and clarity on what your future looks like and how to get there.
​
At the end of each coaching session you’ll commit to key actions to take before our next meeting. I’ll hold you to account and check in with you to see how you’re getting on. I’ll challenge your thinking, encourage you to experiment and help you to see things from different angles, and bring in new perspectives.
